Tenacious D ticket Brixton 5/6/2012 ?

I have a spare ticket for Tenacious D on 5th June due to a friend being unable to go. The concert is at Brixton Academy and is a standing ticket. This is the opening night of their UK tour. Price is 35 just looking to get my money back for it. I will only accept cash for this. No paypal, online transactions etc. Ticket is in hand and can meet locally for exchange.
